He was very knowledgeable and built a great rapport with the listing agent which was a major plus. Another good part about working with Sam was that he gave great advice, would research the market, and made sure that I didn’t make unreasonable offers for overpriced homes. In the end, he helped me find the home of my dreams. I will definitely be recommending Sam to all my friends and family.

Sam was a pleasure to work with. Early on, he took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and was very thoughtful about how he guided our search. As different listings or showings piqued our interest, he was incredibly helpful both providing insight into the value of the house as an investment we were making and, on a more personal level, talking us through our responses to the houses. When it came time to make an offer, Sam did a great job managing the various relationships (seller, seller’s agent, mortgage folks), positioning our offer for acceptance, and steering us through the closing process. He was patient and able to offer a lot of helpful insight as I was searching for the right home. He also went above and beyond to make sure I was being considered as a serious buyer.
